Routine laboratory practice in diagnosis of bacteria, clinical virus and clinical fungus. Preparation of reagents, culture media and staining reagents. Collection and processing of specimens. Cultivation and identification of bacteria, virus and fungus. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing. Processing and report of laboratory data. Quality control. Special techniques and molecular biology techniques in clinical microbiology. Laboratory practice in accredited hospital laboratory and medical technology laboratory service center at least 18 hours.
